# Arndt Voges

> Fifteen years running engineering and product organizations, the last four building AI startups in Silicon Valley. When a company has bought the AI tools and not much has changed, I'm the outsider they bring in. I take on a few advisory roles a year, at established companies with large in-house technology organizations that want AI to reshape how they operate. The work starts with the engineering teams: weekly sessions on their own codebase until agents do real, reviewed work under rules the team has written down. Alongside that I advise leadership on structure, staffing and build decisions.
